At World of Vastram, every outfit is carefully handcrafted and customized to suit your individual preferences. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

However, we deeply value customer satisfaction. If there is a genuine issue with the fit or finishing of your outfit, we are happy to assist with minor alterations or adjustments, provided the request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.

Please note:

• Refunds are not applicable for any orders.

• Exchanges for different products, styles, or sizes are not permitted.

• Alteration requests must be accompanied by clear images and a description of the issue.

• The cost and logistics of shipping the outfit back to us for alterations (if required) will be borne by the customer.

• Alterations are only applicable for issues arising from our end (e.g., incorrect measurements, stitching errors).

We encourage customers to provide accurate measurements and specifications at the time of placing the order to ensure the best fit and satisfaction.
